The O1 is a relaxed walking (hiking) route that runs mainly on comfortable paths through the forest and along meadows. Our hike leads us through a varied valley down along the lovely Aubach stream. Shortly before Niederraden we cross the Aubach and turn slightly uphill together with the Oberraden stream and the N1 back to the starting point. Along the way, a playground, a panoramic swing for young and old, as well as a nice deck chair invite you to linger.

The hiking route O1 Oberraden starts at the car park of the inn "Waldblick" at the corner of "Zum Wiesengrund"/"Schulstraße". At the end of the "Zum Wiesengrund" street we turn right down into Talstraße and then follow the O1 to the left. Soon we pass the volunteer fire department and come to a playground and a beautiful panoramic swing. Then continue to a deck chair at the highest point of this hike (363 m). Now we go through a varied valley down along the Aubach stream. Shortly before Niederraden we cross the Aubach and go slightly uphill together with the Oberraden stream and the N1 back to the starting point.
