In the tour planner we inform you under the tab "Current info" about temporary route changes, closures and detours.
The route starts at "Wiedtalbad" in Hausen and first passes the Franciscan monastery. Via forest paths towards the Westerwald clinic it goes to Waldbreitbach. On the panorama path you have great views and also pass Schloss Walburg in the Wallbachtal. Then it goes towards Roßbach with its beautiful Wiedpromenade. Via Gasbitze and the "Wiedhof" campsite it continues along the Wied riverbank back to the starting point.

Wiedtalbad, Hönninger Straße, 53547 Hausen / Wied
Start: Parking lot "Wiedtalbad" Hausen, follow Hönninger Straße (L 257) and turn left up this street to Jakobus-Wirth-Straße, follow along to the Hausen sports ground, above the "Tannenwinkel" sports ground continue on forest path to the paved road, cross this and follow forest path until shortly before Westerwald clinic, above the clinic along the paved street to Gutshof, then follow the field path "Heilstättspädche" until K 5 in Waldbreitbach, cross K 5, in the forest cross a small bridge to the "upper panorama path", continue to the fork, keep right and continue to the W 1 marker, at the marker keep right again and pass Schloss Walburg into the Wallbachtal, there turn right on R 1 towards Roßbach and turn left uphill behind the two ponds to the field path, then turn right toward Roßbach to L 256, continue to the bridge at the entrance to Roßbach, cross it, immediately turn right onto the Wiedpromenade, follow this to the pedestrian bridge; cross the bridge and keep left back towards Wallbachtal, continue to W 1, follow it over Gasbitze to the "Wiedhof" campsite, along the Wied riverbank to the large Wied bridge, cross it, turn directly right along the Wied riverbank to the school pedestrian bridge, cross the bridge and turn left towards Hausen to the destination parking lot "Wiedtalbad".
