Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash.

Caregivers of persons with disabilities with a degree of disability of 80 or higher also receive free admission.Holders of the senior citizens' pass from the town of Dillenburg also receive free admission.
Disabled parking spaces are available in the upper area of the zoo (Tiergartenstraße 7).
