Water on March!
With the water pump, children can pump water from the depths to their heart's content, just as it used to be common in front of houses or in the village square. A rotatable, height-adjustable "dam" allows children to play wonderfully with the cool water. The large stone water fountain, the stone and wooden troughs provide great fun for young and old visitors.
Under large shady trees, the many park benches and tables offer enough space for a shared picnic and a cozy afternoon chat.
In the past, villagers gathered here at the fountain square to wash and bleach their laundry; today, it is a place of relaxation and leisure, especially inviting on hot days like these.
An important note: Please park at the large village square corner of Wiedtalstraße/Kur-Kölner-Straße and walk the short distance along Burgstraße, turn into Ritterstraße, and you will be there.
