The Kannenbäckerland in the southwestern Westerwald became a center of ceramic production already in pre-Christian times due to its rich clay deposits. Its name also refers to the jugs or "Kannen", mostly gray-blue, salt-glazed ware made here. The handcrafted tradition, which continues to this day, has become a trademark of the region.

Motorcycle Museum in Steinebach/Sieg
Since 1993, the motorcycle museum has presented machines from different decades, especially from the BMW brand. But the topic of mobility and the history of the Westerwald region are also vividly illustrated.
