The consecration of the Breitscheid "Holy Trinity" church took place in 1967 by Bishop Dr Wilhelm Kempf. Its shape is reminiscent of a tent. The interior features, among other things, a wood-carved statue of the Virgin Mary and window walls depicting the seven sacraments of the church. The windows were designed by Roland Peter Litzenburger. The altar cross was modelled on the tabernacle and ambo.
