Description

The information building in the Basalt Park is open and provides information about the Basalt Park and basalt mining in earlier times.
There is an exciting rally for children that leads around the basalt lake with information boards.

The Basalt Park offers deep insights into Earth’s history and the arduous daily work in the former basalt quarry.
There are bizarre rock walls, basalt in ball and column form, and a magnificent view of the basalt lake to discover.

Entrance to the Basalt Park is free. No registration is required.
