Holiday apartment available in two variants:
The rental contract becomes valid upon receipt of payment (50% deposit for private individuals / 100% invoice amount for companies) to the landlord's account. Payment is due within 5 days of receipt of the booking documents / invoice. For private individuals, payment of the remaining amount is due 28 days before the start of the holiday after the deposit has been paid. If the payment deadlines are not met, the landlord may withdraw from the contract. Non-payment is considered a cancellation and entitles the landlord to re-let the property. A heating surcharge is payable during the heating period. Additional costs for water, electricity and waste are currently not charged.

Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not arrive by 22:00 on the arrival day, the contract will be considered terminated after a period of 48 hours without notification to the landlord.
The landlord or their representative may then freely dispose of the property.
No (proportional) refund of the rent due to early departure will generally be made.
