Start the route at the German Raiffeisen Museum. Here you get an insight into the life and work of Raiffeisen in seven thematically divided rooms. It is best to book a guided tour at the Tourist Information for this. Then proceed to his parental home. In the beautiful half-timbered house in the center of Hamm (Sieg), where Raiffeisen and his family lived, there is now an excellent hospitality business, the Romantik Hotel Alte Vogtei. Directly opposite, on the nearly three-meter-high Raiffeisen column, the most important stages of Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen's life are depicted. Then continue to the Protestant church where Raiffeisen was baptized and confirmed. The tour ends at the tavern of the brewery association "Zum Raiffeisen" with a freshly tapped Raiffeisen beer served in a Raiffeisen beer glass!

We start the route at the German Raiffeisen Museum and then go down Raiffeisenstraße towards Scheidter Straße past Synagogue Square. Then we turn left onto Lindenallee. After a short stop at the Alte Vogtei, we cross the street, look at the Raiffeisen column, and then cross over to the other side of the street to the Protestant Church. Then we continue towards Bergstraße, cross the street again, and arrive at the tavern "Zum Raiffeisen". Afterwards, across Scheidter Straße back to the starting point at Raiffeisenstraße.
No equipment necessary. The route is barrier-free and easy for everyone to manage. Family-friendly and stroller accessible.
