Free Evangelical Church Breitscheid

The Free Evangelical Church (FeG) Breitscheid is one of about 500 FeGs in Germany. They are united in the Federation of Free Evangelical Churches of Germany K.d.ö.R.
Free Evangelical Churches are made up of people who have come to faith in Jesus Christ through a personal decision and who have voluntarily joined such a church.
The name already reveals a lot about us:
We call ourselves Free
… because we are surprised and impressed by God's free grace. He loves people without setting any preconditions. He gifts people with new life and does not look at their background or status. His love knows no bounds. Therefore, everyone is warmly welcome among us.
Evangelical
… because for us, the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, is the central message of the Bible. Jesus Christ died for us on the cross and was resurrected so that we can live with God.
Church
… because we believe that Jesus Christ is also the Lord of our community. He speaks among us through preaching, baptism, and the celebration of the Lord's Supper.
