Bad Marienberg - Trim-Dich-Pfad

Description

The Trim-Dich-Pfad, also known as Vita Parcours, is a free sports course that enables comprehensive training for endurance, strength, and fitness. The approximately 3 km long circular route winds through the wildlife park and is equipped with a total of 20 stations. Every 200 to 300 meters, you will find a new station with a specific athletic task. At each station, there is a board with detailed exercise instructions and useful information. The starting point is at the adventure playground in the wildlife park, offering a perfect combination of fitness and nature experience. The path is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels to engage in sporting activities outdoors and have fun. Whether alone, with friends, or family – the Trim-Dich-Pfad is a great way to stay active while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the wildlife park.

Parking

Directions

The starting point is the adventure playground. From there, we walk left past the enclosure of the wisents and sheep and turn right around the corner. After a short distance, we turn left and leave the wildlife park area. Here we go straight for a short distance and then turn left again onto the main path. We pass the Wilhelmshütte and then turn slightly left to reach the next stations (beam hopping). Then we keep right and follow the narrow path, cross the main path, and walk towards "Großer Wolfstein." At the second junction, we turn right and follow the signs to "Waldkirche / Kleiner Wolfstein." After passing the Kleiner Wolfstein, we reach the last stations. At the hang station, we turn right and arrive back at the climbing forest / adventure playground at the end of the path.

Safety instructions

Especially in autumn, it should be noted that the leaves on the ground can conceal unevenness, roots, stones, or holes in the path. Such path impairments are to be expected.

Equipment

Wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate, functional clothing that protects you from cold and wet conditions or heat and sun.
