In the tour planner we inform you under the tab "Current info" about temporary route changes, closures and detours.
Opposite the charging points for electric vehicles, there is a large overview board on which the three ore trails are described and shown on a map.
Ore Trail 3 starts behind the overview board and also initially follows the course of Ore Trails 1 and 2, but branches off to the left before reaching the forest. The trail leads back to the Westerwaldpark Gierenderhöhe, the starting point of the hike, via a road. It leads over gravel and asphalt and is therefore also suitable for inexperienced walkers or easy to manage with a wheelchair.

2 hours free of charge, extension possible in local stores and restaurants
There are no special safety precautions here.
Light hiking boots are sufficient
The winding tower of the Georg mine is certainly worth a visit.
