Creative art project at the Breitscheid pottery and handicraft museum with Benita von Wendt
Creating works of art from old porcelain. The title of our sustainable and innovative project is:
Upcycling Dishes
When: 31.08. und 07.09.2024 from 10-17 o'clock each day
Where: Pottery and handicraft museum Breitscheid Kirchstraße 27 in 35767 Breitscheid
Idea: Mrs von Wendt is a talented local artist. Together with the participants, she will immerse them in the world of the French-Swiss painter and internationally renowned modern sculptor Niki de Saint Phalle. Participants bring their own porcelain to the start of the project and can create their own works of art under the expert guidance of Ms von Wendt (gluing, labelling and/or painting with porcelain paint).
What do the course participants bring with them?
white porcelain/ whole or broken
+ white cloth gloves and disposable rubber gloves
+ FFP2 masks
Number of participants: 10 people aged 18 and over (the order of registration counts)
Costs per person: EUR 20.00 (to be transferred to the municipality of Breitscheid after confirmation).
Drinks (coffee, water and juices) are included in the course fee.
