The Lama Break offers a relaxing and decelerating experience for all participants. The day begins with a Familiarization with the Llamas in the pasture. Here, participants can get to know the individual character traits and social behavior of the animals within their herd.

Following this, there will be a Hike (approximately 2.5–3 hours) with the llamas, allowing participants to adjust to the steady pace of the animals. This supports finding one’s own place within the caravan and enables a deeper connection with the llamas. The calm environment of nature and the trusting relationship with the animals help participants leave everyday life behind and focus on the here and now.

During the hike, there will be a Break, where participants can enjoy snacks they brought along. Additionally, participants will explore the treasures of nature, particularly the forest, and learn about its health-promoting aspects.

After returning to the starting point, the llamas will be taken care of. Subsequently, the day will be wound down in a cozy manner by the campfire. Here, participants can try out their cooking skills and take the opportunity to share their experiences. The Dishes for the campfire will be tailored to the group composition and the reported food intolerances.
