The accommodation price is due after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the total price.

Arrival from 3 pm. The keys will be handed over on site.

We employ a professional cleaning company, which cleans and disinfects everything with two to three cleaners. Bed linen and towels as well as final cleaning are included in the price and charged at 69 €.

Description

We rent out our beautiful hunting lodge to nature lovers in an absolutely secluded location on a very idyllic, large property. An island in the forest. Absolutely secluded.

The place is a real Westerwald cultural site. There are many things here that represent the nature of the region, but many elements of the region can also be found in the house itself. The house has a long history and has always been meticulously maintained. It is really built and furnished to a very high standard. We wish for attentive guests who appreciate this and treat the property accordingly :-) Please no requests for excessive partying or the like.

The Jagdreich holiday home in the Westerwald is located in Kettenhausen in Rhineland-Palatinate. Despite the unique secluded location, supermarkets etc. are within easy reach. In Altenkirchen can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The tourist region of Westerwald-Sieg offers a variety of experiences and leisure activities.

The accommodation

In a very special natural panorama you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the lake. Forest dwellers walk right in front of the windows and the brook is only a few metres away. This backdrop creates a romantic and unmistakable forest atmosphere. So the place invites you to relax and recharge your batteries but also to get together in a close circle. Via the living room terrace, you can walk directly into the large forest garden.

There is a terrace, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. A flat-screen TV is also available. The holiday home offers an outdoor fireplace.

The Jagdreich is an inhabited single-family house and the ground floor has been prepared by us in a high-quality and stylish way for family holidays, creative retreats, romantic togetherness, ... or business travellers and others who want to bathe in nature.

Of course, you have access to the entire property and may use any hammock to relax. The property is fenced and surrounded by our own forest. There is also a lot for the little guests to discover.There is a small pond where frogs croak, a hill from which you have a beautiful view of the valley and overgrown mounds of earth which suggest that mining took place here decades ago.On the terrace you have the possibility to make a fire and some firewood is also available. In case of excessive consumption, please bring a bag of wood yourself or you can also collect dry twigs in the garden :-) There is also an electric barbecue available.
