Welcome to the holiday home "Haus Johannistal"! Children under 3 years stay with us free of charge. We want families to be able to spend carefree and inexpensive holidays with us.
We are also pleased to inform you that we accept a maximum of 2 dogs by prior arrangement. The cost for a dog is only € 2.50 per day. So you can take your beloved four-legged friend with you on holiday without having to worry about high costs.
We would also like to point out that there is a charge of €60 per stay for the thorough final cleaning of the holiday home. This ensures that the holiday home is in perfect condition for every guest and that you can feel at home right from the start.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer you a laundry package for just €10 per person. This includes bed linen, towels and a shower towel. So you can sit back and relax and start your journey without the hassle of lugging around your bed linen. Of course, you also have the option of bringing your own linen if you prefer.
And the best thing is: if you stay for 14 days or more, you will receive a 10% discount.

How to get here: Welcome to the Westerwald-Sieg holiday region and the district town of Altenkirchen. The detached house with conservatory awaits you directly at the Bismarck Tower, the first house on the left when you turn into the street "Zum Johannistal".
Check-in is possible from 15:00, while check-out should take place by 11:00. Should you wish to arrive at a different time, we can arrange this individually to meet your needs.

Welcome to Haus Johannistal! Here you will find a quiet location in Altenkirchen with a view of the Bismarck Tower. Our holiday home is the ideal place for families or couples looking for a relaxing break. Dogs are also welcome by prior arrangement.
Our holiday home offers you 90 square metres of space with 4.5 rooms. The bedroom has a cosy double bed, while another room is furnished with a single bed and an additional pull-out mattress bed. The living area invites you to relax and the conservatory offers a cosy seating area to enjoy the sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area allows you to prepare your favourite dishes and dine together.
Enjoy your stay in our holiday home with its own garden. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and nature to the full. Relax on the terrace or use our barbecue area for cosy barbecue evenings.
For your vehicles, we offer a car parking space and a carport for storing bicycles or motorbikes. This makes it easy for you to explore the surrounding area and go on excursions.
