- Exit Montabaur -
- B255 in the direction of Rennerod / Siegen
- after approx. 13 km turn right towards Kaden (K86)
- the exit is directly after a right-left bend combination
- at the end of the road turn right (Rothenbacher Straße) towards Kaden / Westerburg
- turn left at the end of the road (Elbbachstraße)
- Direction Westerburg
- turns into Hauptstraße; pass the Esso petrol station (on the left), then take the third road on the right; there is a Greek restaurant on the corner
- this ist Talstraße, you drive directly towards No. 6 (red facade)
We offer flexible prices depending on the length of your stay. The standard price is 89.00 EUR per night (booking for at least 2 days). For a stay of 7 days or more, the price is reduced to EUR 83.90 per night.
Due to several inquiries for one-night stays, we have expanded our offer. We now also offer the possibility to book our apartment for only one night at the price of 98,90 EUR.
Please note that due to the calculation algorithms in the portal, prices may vary slightly in the cent range as they are based on percentages.
The house is located on the outskirts of Kölbingen, near the cycle path. It is a low building with two floors, detached. The property is surrounded by old trees. The holiday flat has its entrance in the garden (south side).
A Greek restaurant is directly in the street, a pizzeria can be reached in 5 minutes via the bicycle path.
The appartment is close to the Westerwaldsteig. About half way along stage 5 (Westerburg - Freilingen), it is only 1.5 km from Brandscheid to here.
Who is it suitable for:
* All those who love a rural environment like the Westerwald and would like to explore our region.
* Business people who are in the Westerwald for a longer period of time and would like to be self-catering.
* People who are looking for time out, need tranquility. Cocooning. No one to see or hear for a week.

For smokers:
Smoking is not allowed in the flat. There is a small terrace in front of the kitchen, which smokers are welcome to use for this purpose. :-)
