We charge 30% deposit on booking (within 8 days), the balance 3 days before arrival by bank transfer.
Shared use of the garden (table, chairs and lounger) is possible free of charge by arrangement, as is a barbecue.
The price for an overnight stay as a single person is 35 EUR, for double occupancy 60 EUR.
The accommodation price includes all additional costs (electricity, heating, water and rubbish).
A dog would be possible on request, for which there would be a charge of EUR 2.50 per night.
A laundry service can be offered on request (5€ per wash or dry cycle).
For the final cleaning we currently charge 30 EUR.
Our holiday flat is located in Kirchen (Sieg) in the Katzenbach district, in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, away from the main road.
The flat is on the ground floor and was completely and extensively renovated and refurbished in 2023.
The floor space is 56m², divided into living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. There is a double bed, occupancy with max. 2 persons, dog on request.
Internet (Wlan) and SAT connection is available and can be used free of charge.
