Catholic Church Sinn - St. Michael

Detailed description

The Catholic church in Sinn was built at the end of the 1960s, shortly after Vatican II. The arrangement of the pews here shows an exemplary implementation of the innovations of the Second Vatican Council and aims, so to speak, fan-shaped from three sides towards the altar, thus gathering the whole congregation around it. The depiction of the cross is remarkable, in which Christ as the overcomer of death detaches himself from the cross.
