The fireworks will return this year with a combined laser and light show as a hybrid show even more spectacular than ever. The bachelors have unanimously agreed that Wied in Flammen, a show steeped in tradition in the middle Wiedtal, should continue to be the trademark for the bachelors and the whole of Waldbreitbach. In the course of this, the budget for this special show was significantly increased by the bachelor club as organiser. They paid particular attention to the signs of the times and worked out a new concept for Wied in Flames with the fireworkers, with whom they have been cooperating successfully for many years. As a result, it was decided that the fireworks would be shot at a lower height, but would be complemented by an integrated show of laser and light effects. As usual, a coordinated selection of music will round off the whole show musically and astonish the people. These measures will significantly minimise the risk of forest fires and thus ensure that the event can continue to take place safely in the future. Furthermore, this also reduces the emission of pollutants and makes the whole event more sustainable. This unique new image of the hybrid show will only unfold its full effect on the event site on the idyllic banks of the Wied. In the run-up to the event, the band "Pop nach 8" will once again provide musical entertainment for all visitors on the raft in the middle of the Wied from the beginning of the evening. Next to the mega-event on the Wiedpromenade will be, as usual, the FALC real estate marquee in Waldbreitbach for the entire third weekend in August. As the main act, the tribute band "Still Collins" will perform the classics of Phil Collins and Genesis live, bringing the festivities in Waldbreitbach to a special end on Kirmes Monday.
