The situation at the clinic is tense. There are rumours that jobs are to be cut. Each of the three nurses, Joelle, Kaja and Magdalena, has an individual appointment with the clinic director, but then they unexpectedly all meet at the same time in his office. The boss is not there. While waiting, the three reveal their motives for the boss's appointment. One unmasking leads to another. Then the situation escalates... In the red-hot chamber play "Screaming Eagle" by Tobias Saelz, the three protagonists experience a psychodrama that seems to start harmlessly at first, but turns into a hell ride before it ends in disaster.
