On the 15 km long castle hiking trail through the Asdorf and Sieg valleys we are drawn to Freusburg. The route is rated as moderately difficult with a gradient of 369 m. The focus of the hike is the medieval Freusburg. On the way you can always enjoy wonderful views, for example from the Alexanderhöhe (the most beautiful view of churches), from the Friedenskreuz Wehbach into the Asdorftal and from the Brühlkopf into the Siegtal, while the hikers always have the old walls of Freusburg in their sights and approach them.
