Get moving - Montabaur gets active! This weekend offers a unique opportunity to get to know the variety of sporting and health-promoting leisure activities in our region. Experience a wide range of exhibitors, activities, clubs, food and music stands from 4 May to 5 May 2024. You can expect a wide range of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, children's leisure, fitness and much more. Workshops on various topics such as nutrition, stress management and health prevention. Exhibitions on the subject of mobility and a car show will also be held throughout the city. Our "Active Days" also offer the opportunity to find out about regional opportunities, clubs and exercise programmes in the area of health and leisure and to get advice. Sunday is "open for business" and also invites you to shop and linger. There will be a colourful children's programme and live music on both days. We look forward to your visit to Montabaur.
