3rd Bear Poppy Run starts on 4 August
THE mountain/trail run in the Rhine-Westerwald Nature Park on the "WällerTour Bärenkopp" over 11 km with + 360/- 260 m difference in altitude on the first Friday in August, starting at 6 p.m. (delayed block starts).
