The Verkehrs- und Verschönerungsverein e.V. and the local community of Puderbach invite you to the 19th Arts and Crafts Christmas Market on the square "Am Alten Bahnhof". Visit the Christmas market of a different kind! For years now, enthusiastic visitors and artisans have been treating it as an insider tip! Lovingly decorated Christmas huts, exquisite and traditional arts and crafts as far as the eye can see, combined with culinary delights await you!
On Saturday the trombone choir Oberdreis and "Das junge Blech" will open the market at 3 p.m. and prepare the visitors for a romantic and atmospheric Advent evening.
2014 enthusiastically said goodbye and 2018 again on our market: LIMERICK ! Irish Folk at its best, this year in a new line-up !
To this great music and the cosy get-together fits naturally beguiling smell of freshly roasted almonds, of mulled wine and children's punch. The local clubs, whether DRK or sport friends, as well as professionals from the profession make your visit tasty in every respect: liquid and solid delicacies, sweets and hearty - everything is on our menu! Musically we have a lot on our plate again: after brass and Irish music we continue to enjoy pure music: ProVoCant.
Also on Sunday the market life is formed by appearances of music groups and choirs of the pre-Christmas time accordingly. On Sunday, the choir of the Mennonite community of Urbach opens the market to set the mood. The youth choir of the Protestant free church and the school choir of the Holzbachtalschule prepare all small visitors of the market for the attendance of the Nikolaus. The little ones can look forward to a beautiful nostalgic carousel again. Of course Santa Claus will be back on Sunday afternoon and bring a little surprise with him! The musical highlight on Sunday afternoon is the RENTIER-BAND - the finest sounds of trumpets, trombones and saxophones, which will thrill visitors for the 3rd time in 2018!
